A brief outline of the Release Technique

What is the history of the Release Technique and does it really work?

At the age of 42 Lester Levenson was sent home to die. He had survived his second massive heart attack but was only given a few weeks to live. He was ordered to stay in bed and not even tie his show laces in case it killed him.

Before Lester Levenson created the Release Technique he was a physicist. He believed only in what could be seen and measured. Fortunately though, this view changed as he started to question his life and what he wanted from it as he prepared for death. Slowly the answers came to him along with the framework for the Release Technique .

When he was loving, he found, that he was happiest while when he was seeking love from others he was unhappiest.

He also found that he had been seeking approval or love from others so that he could feel safe. He then discovered that these thoughts had been creating negative experiences in his life and that the thoughts were driven by the negative emotions. He used the Release Technique to remove these feelings and within 3 months his illnesses (of which there were many) were completely cured!

Lester used the Release Technique to completely cure himself in 3 months. He also used the Release Technique to make himself a millionaire in 6 months using non of his own money buying and selling property!

By removing his resistance to the past and present and by not allowing himself to try and manipulate the future Lester was physically well and a millionaire in a short period of time just by using the Release Technique .
